Delivery may or may not be complimentary depending on active promotions or shipping destinations– see the product page for details.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday via trusted carriers. Some items may require alternative shipping methods depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for remote locations or orders requiring additional verification. Multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Track your order anytime via the tracking number or through your account.

Care instructions
Leather is a natural material and may be affected by light, humidity, and water. To preserve the beauty of your purchase and prevent fading, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures. Should contact with water occur, gently dry the surface with a soft cloth. To maintain suppleness, occasional treatment with a neutral leather care product is advised.
Personalization services
We are pleased to offer personalization services to make your purchase truly unique. Options such as embossing, engraving, or custom detailing can be arranged upon request through our Client Support team.
Please note that personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. In addition, delivery times may be extended depending on the level of customization required.

Orders & payment methods
Thereseam.com accepts secure online card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major providers).
Bank Transfers are also accepted, please contact our Customer support. Please note that processing purchases by Bank Transfer can take up to 7 business days.
For products paid with non-European bank cards, additional fees may apply, please check with your bank that issued your card before submitting your order.
