Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be extended for remote areas, customs checks (where applicable), or if your order requires additional verification (e.g., for security or fraud prevention).
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate parcels and arrive on different days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment:

Through your Theredseam account (if you placed the order while logged in).
International Inquiries (Outside the EU)
At this time, The RED SEAM ships exclusively within the European Union.
